SDR Group has contracted with the Location Investments and Project Management Company to exclusively market the Cascada Mall project in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo.
The company plans to offer the project for sales next month, as part of the marketing plan put in place for Cascada Mall.
SDR Group Chairperson Hesham Abdul Shafi Makled said that the Cascada Mall project will be completed within three years, and that the company’s portfolio includes four plots of land in different areas in New Cairo.
Makled also said that his company owns a diverse portfolio of projects in Upper Egypt. It plans, in the coming period, to increase this portfolio by developing new projects in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
He added that SDR Group aims to expand in Egypt’s real estate market in the coming period as part of its expansion plan, whilst studying available investment opportunities that are in line with the company’s strategy.
For his part, Zeyad Yousry, Chairperson of Location Investments and Project Management, said that his company has developed a comprehensive marketing plan for the Cascada Mall project. This is with the aim of completing marketing within one year from the project’s launch.
Yousry added that Cascada Mall project is located on an area of 4,300 sqm, and includes various commercial, administrative, and medical units. These lie on areas starting from 45 sqm for commercial and 44 sqm for administrative units, whilst medical clinics start from 44 sqm.
He predicted that administrative, commercial, and medical activities in East Cairo will see a 10% to 15% increase in prices in 2021. This will be driven by the growth in demand in the area, which will in turn attract new investments and projects.
