Beta Egypt delivers Mostakbal City's Beta Greens

Beta Egypt for Urban Development has announced that it has started handing over the first phase of its Beta Greens New Cairo compound, located in New Cairo’s Mostakbal City.

Accordingly, the company continues its practice of adhering to schedules set beforehand for delivering projects, and fulfils all its obligations vis-à-vis customers.

The company’s Chairperson Alaa Fekry said that Beta Egypt’s strategy depends on expediting implementation rates of the projects. This is in addition to adding value and delivering units with top-notch specifications and quality that exceed the specified contract and client expectations.

Construction works at the Beta Greens New Cairo compound were ordered by the company to expedite even amidst the repercussions of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)-induced headwinds.

The company managed to accomplish the construction on its housing units in record time and to provide turn-key units, he explained.

“On the basis of lengthy studies conducted by the company as regards the market and customers’ demands, Beta Egypt realised that the provision of turn-key property is the optimal investment at the time being,” Fekry said, “The company delivered units with specifications far out-stripping those agreed upon, as, for example, the energy-efficient double-glass aluminium rather than conventional types was used, because it provides higher-quality insulation against heat, noise, and pollution.”

He noted that this helps create a sustainable and hygienic life style without burdening customers with extra costs.

The first, second, and third phases of the project includes 292, 250, and 188 units respectively, as the company provides various payment schemes, ranging from  10%  down-payment and instalments with 10-year tenure, he elaborated.

With a EGP 1bn target of contractual sales set for the remaining units at the compound, up to 70% of the entire project has been accomplished.

The construction of villas has just been finalised, as both the cultivation stage and growing trees in public places are underway, Fekry noted, and Beta Egypt is currently looking to execute a project in West Cairo.

Beta Egypt for Urban Developments has a strong track record in the sector, having accomplished top residential projects and services. It has also finalised the Golf House, Golf Residence, Beta Greens October, Golf Corner, and Beta Club compounds, as well as the Greens Mall 1 and Greens Mall 2. The company has managed to deliver a total of 3,000 units until now.
