Egypt to host Real Gate Exhibition from 25-27 March

The Real Gate Exhibition, Egypt’s first hybrid real estate exhibition and conference, is set to take place at the Egyptian International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo from 25-27 March.

The event, which will occur under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, is being organised by ACG-CBE. The company is a joint venture between ACG-ITF, one of Egypt’s largest exhibitions and conference organisers, and real estate consultancy firm Coldwell Banker Egypt.

The exhibition will host over 40 leading real estate developers from across Egypt showcasing their diverse portfolio of projects. It will provide expatriates, local residents, and international businesses looking for residential and commercial units with matchless investment opportunities in the real estate sector in one place. The event will provide an outlook over the future of Egyptian real estate market.

“The Real Gate exhibition will act as a focal point for real estate developers, investors, and potential buyers in a revolutionary setup, introducing the first-of-its-kind hybrid in-person and virtual real estate exhibition in the Egyptian market,” said Ahmed Ghozzi, ACG-ITF Chairperson and CEO, “The patronage of the President is a testament to the continuous efforts Egypt is exerting to develop and enhance the real estate sector as a key driver for economic growth and one of the main pillars of Egypt’s 2030 economic vision.”

Egypt’s real estate market is seeing robust demand with an estimate of 800,000 units needed every year. The ongoing development and construction of 20 new cities, in addition to the development of the 23 existing communities, present attractive investment opportunities in Egypt.

The Real Gate exhibition will take on a hybrid format to overcome travel restrictions due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and reach international and regional audiences from the heart of Cairo both physically and virtually.

The event’s main goal is to prepare investors, home seekers, and real estate developers for the future by introducing an all-inclusive, first of its kind unique experience. It seeks to connect Egyptian project owners with their customers worldwide, and covering all frontiers of the real estate sector: residential, finance, and investment.
