Philip Morris – Egypt has announced the new price list for different brands of MARLBORO, L&M, and MERIT tobacco products.
The price rise has been put in place in support of the efforts made by regulatory bodies to control markets, and to prevent any exploitation of smokers.
The new prices are:
EGP 44 – (Red, Gold, Purple Mix) MARLBORO
EGP 48 – MERIT
EGP 33 – (Red, Blue, Silver, Forward) L&M
Despite the announced increase, the company has decided not to increase the selling prices of the Marlboro Crafted and L&M Motion, which will be sold at EGP 36 and EGP 28, respectively.
The company calls on retailers and sellers to adhere to the new prices and not violate them, in order to preserve rights of consumers. The company also assures all its customers that its products will arrive on time.
