Starlight Developments invests EGP 3.1bn in Katameya Creeks Project

Starlight Developments has signed a partnership contract with Rowad Modern Engineering, to carry out construction works on Katameya Creeks with total investments of EGP 3.1bn.

Katameya Creeks is built on an area of ​​42 feddans in a strategic location in the heart of New Cairo. It features a built up area of less than 16% of the project’s total area, to give a privacy to each of the project’s 400 units.

Mohamed Ibrahim Mahlab, Chairperson of Rowad Modern Engineering, said his company is committed to delivering all units in the project in 30 months, according to the highest construction specifications.

Sherif Aboutaleb, CEO of Starlight Developments, said that his company has been operating in construction and urban development in Katameya for over 30 years ago. As a result of its efforts, the company has been involved in transforming a remote desert area into a dream for high-end housing.

The company targets those customers wishing to acquire units of unique architectural design, and an unprecedented investment value.

Katameya Creeks ​​was designed by the global expert house ERGA, with assigning all infrastructure, construction and finishing work of the project to Rowad Modern Engineering.
