Aqarmap, the online marketplace for real estate, will hold its fourth Online Expo on 24 July. The digital exhibition comes off the back of the company’s previous online exhibitions, in which major real estate development companies have participated.

The company, which has been an innovating force in online real estate exhibitions since 2018, said that in previous exhibitions, 100% of participants succeeded in achieving online reservations.

Aqarmap noted that each real estate company participating in its online exhibitions provides exclusive offers for a period of only three hours. This sees companies offering interested clients immediate discounts ranging between 5% and 10% on the unit.

During the very short exhibition period, interested clients can make initial reservations through paying EGP 2,000 by visa card, which is refundable within seven days of making the initial reservation. The exhibiting company contacts the customer to complete the procedures surrounding contracts, and for the customer to pay the rest of unit value.

Emad Al-Masoudi, founder and CEO of Aqarmap, said, “In the previous exhibition, we made reservations of EGP 30m in the first five minutes, with 50% of the reservations from Egyptian expatriates.”

The company has developed an online platform for the exhibition, aqarmap.com/expo, and expects visits from over 50,000 interested buyers.

Additionally, Aqarmap is currently ensuring that all offers coming from real estate companies are actual and exclusive, Al-Masoudi elaborated.

He added that the coming exhibition will showcase projects in various regions across Egypt, which include the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, 6th of October, and Sheikh Zayed in Cairo. The company will also be showcasing projects in other parts of the country, namely the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, in addition to two new projects in Assiut and Port Said.
