Misr Italia Properties launches Sila in IL Bosco City, New Cairo

Investing EGP 2bn and delivering in 2024, says Al-Assal

Misr Italia Properties has announced the launch of Sila, a new phase in Il Bosco City,  Mostakbal City – New Cairo. SILA includes a variety of residential units between stand-alone villas, twin houses, town houses, and apartments.

Mohamed Khaled Al-Assal, co-CEO of Misr Italia Properties, said Sila captures a comprehensive concept of life and portrays the city life immersed in nature. Moreover, the idea of the phase is inspired by the well-known Italian garden La Sila, which is renowned for its vast green areas and stunning landscapes.

He added that Misr Italia Properties presents special offers in Sila for a limited period of time, which includes reservation and contractual agreement with 0% down payment and a 10 year payment plan of equal installments.

II Bosco City at Mostakbal City – New Cairo includes stunning natural landscapes and forests filled with spectacular greenery. It also has a mixed-use area at the heart of the project overlooking the greenery with the Green River in the middle to become the first and exclusive destination for nature lovers.

II Bosco City project extends over an area of 268 feddan and includes 6,000 different units ranging from stand-alone villas, twin houses, townhouses, and luxury apartments in addition to a commercial area, a gym, a clubhouse, a school, a medical centre, and a cultural hub.

Misr Italia Holding develops projects with total investments of EGP 68bn over the coming 14 years. The company’s land bank totals 11m sqm across Egypt with 11 residential projects, nine commercial projects, five luxury hotels, and 6,000 delivered units.
