A research by Mediakix has revealed that the Millennials, young people born between 1995 and 2010, are estimated to reach 2.56 billion people by 2020.

The research said that 98% of this generation have smartphones, of whom about 50% have Internet access for 10 hours a day.

According to the Global Web Index data, the Millennials spend an average of 2.43 hours a day on social media, with YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram as the top three social media platforms.

Infinix Mobile, a Hong Kong-based smartphone manufacturer, said that it conducted a research that showed the importance of smartphones for Millennials living in the emerging markets, considering them as basic and integrated devices for entertainment and social life. Mobile phones enable this generation to enjoy surfing the Internet and social networks, giving them the opportunity to share their experiences, mainly personal photos. It means that the design selfie cameras were very important.

Infinix said that the latest version of its series Infinix S – Infinix S5 – features the latest camera technology in the shape of “a hole hidden under the screen,” where Infinix provided users with the Infinity-O Display.

The new phone Infinix S5 comes with a 6.6-inch screen with a 20:9 acquisition rate on 90.5% of the body of the device, and provides outstanding control in the device with one hand.

The punch-hole technology is the perfect combination of screen and selfie camera for Infinix S5.

The 32-megapixel AI selfie camera is placed in the upper-left corner of the device, embedded within an inconspicuous design, where the screen stays black in its full capacity during standby and when you activate the device.
