Former CBE governor Ramez named AIB chairman

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail appointed former CBE governor Hisham Ramez as the chairman of the Arab International Bank’s (AIB) board of directors for a 3-year term.

Ismail also appointed CBE Deputy Governor Gamal Negm to AIB’s board and Mohamed Kamal El-Din Barakat was appointed deputy chairman and CEO of AIB.

Tarek Mohamed Badawy El-Kholy was named deputy governor of AIB’s field supervision at the control and supervision sector while Tarek El-Sayyed Hashim was named AIB’s deputy governor of office supervision at the control and supervision sector. Ramy Ahmed Adel was appointed AIB’s deputy governor market sector assistant.
