For the third year in a row, Banque du Caire occupies a number of advanced places in the annual rankings issued by global magazine The Banker.

Amongst the results of the best 1,000 banks in the World Evaluation issued in July 2015, Banque du Caire won first place among the banks of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for their return on capital ranking, recorded at 72.24%.

These ratings continue the series of advanced places the bank achieved over the past three years. It won first place in the return on capital ranking in the MENA region in 2013 and 2014.

According to Banque du Caire’s Chairman and CEO Mounir El-Zahid, the bank’s achievement of these advanced rankings reflects its leadership in the banking sector on the local and regional levels, and emphasises its professionalism in performance.

He said the achievements and advanced places realised by the bank annually are clear evidence of its strength and efficiency among national banks and the Egyptian banking sector, and the bank’s ability to support the economy and push development forward.
