The Egyptian General Company for Tourism and Hotels (EGOTH) will develop the renowned Shepherd Hotel in Downtown Cairo at the beginning of 2016, according to EGOTH Chairman Samir Hassan Suleiman.
Hassan said the company has conducted all designs and drawings through a specialised engineering office.
“Development will be funded through an investor in return for a share of EGOTH Net operating profit to cover the investment cost recovery,” according to EGOTH chairman.
