Adel Imam highest paid actor during Ramadan at EGP 1 million per episode

Artist Adel Imam preserved his place on the list of highest paid stars during the month of Ramadan, receiving EGP one million  per episode for the serial “His Excellency” (“Saheb El-Sa’ada”), bringing his total salary for the series to EGP 30 million , excluding taxes and fees.

MBC Masr acquired exclusive rights to “His Excellency” which is Imam’s third television series over the past three years. Stars Lebleba, Mohammed Imam, and Khaled Zakki will accompany Imam in the series under director Rami Imam.

Tamer Hosny secured the second spot on the list of highest paid stars this year for his EGP 20 million salary for the series “Time Difference” (“Farq El-Tawqeet”). This is Hosny’s second television series, following “Adam”, which amassed high viewer ratings last season.  Nicole Saba, May Salem, Sheri Adel, and Ahmed Saadani will act alongside Hosny in the series.

Actor Yehya El-Fakhrany earned EGP 15 million for the series “Surprise,” (“Dahsha”), exclusively shown on MBC Masr, garnering him the fourth spot on the list of Ramadan series highest paid stars. Khawaja Abdul Equal and Yusra will act with Fakhrany in the series “Saraya Abdeen.” Ghada Abdel Razek also received EGP 15 million for her role in “First Lady” (“El-Sayeda El-Ula”).

Comedian Mohamed Saad received a salary of EGP 12 million for his role in the series “Viva Atata,” thus also maintaining a spot on the highest paid list. He is followed by Khaled Saleh, who received EGP 10 million for his role in “Sweetness of the Soul” (“Helawat El-Roh”), and actress Hind Sabri, who received the same salary for her work in “Empire Who,” (“Embratoreya Meen,”). Comparatively, Ahmed Ezz was paid 9 million to act in the series, “Excellence,” (“El-Akslans,”).
