Blackberry releases Z10 model in Egypt

Blackberry announced Wednesday that it would be releasing its new Z10 model in stores throughout Egypt.

The Blackberry Z10 is the first newly re-engineered and designed Blackberry 10 model, the company’s fastest and most advanced yet, that will provide customers with a unique user experience that will adapt to their needs.

Ben Kuryan, Blackberry’s Regional Director for North Africa, stated that, “we are happy to provide our customers with a new and innovative model, which will provide a number of new services to users, including the ability to access social media websites anywhere at any time.”

The new Blackberry Z10 possesses a 1.5 gigahertz dual core processor with 2 gigabytes of speed and 16 gigabytes of storage capacity. Users will have the ability to expand the phone’s memory with the purchase of a 64 gigabyte memory card. The new model also includes the“Peek Flow into the Blackberry Hub” app, which gives users access to touch navigation, in addition to ™ Blackberry Balance technology, which helps users securely balance and manage their personal information and work data.

Other high tech improvements to the new model include the introduction of smart screens equipped with advanced display HDMI technology, that provide users with access to high digital quality video and pictures. The model will also be equipped with advanced developed sensors and Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, which will allow users to make payments via their phones, in addition to exchanging information with other users by touching the screens of two Z10 models together.

The new model will be sold in all Blackberry retail locations throughout Egypt, in addition to store serving all domestic service providers, including Telecom, Etisalat, Mobinil and Vodafone.
