Angolan striker Flavio Amado is also set to miss the game due to suspension after being shown a second yellow card against Zamalek.
With qualification to the semi-final already guaranteed, Ahly might be resting other players during the ASEC game.
Shadi Mohamed, Hossam Ashour, Mohamed Barakat, Wael Gomaa and Anis Boujelbene all have yellow cards and Jose might not take risk of any of them picking a second caution before the semis.
