Orientals for Urban Development to launch second phase of Heliopolis Hills

Orientals for Urban Development (OUD) announced the launch of the second phase of its latest residential project, Heliopolis Hills, during Cityscape exhibition. The project’s total investment exceeds EGP 600mn, and is built on total area of 76,566 square metres in the Sixth District in Obour City.

The project will be the first to offer an integrated private community in Obour City. Green areas comprise 80% of the total land area, while 5% will be dedicated to the service area, and 15% to the road network.

The project will have 164 townhouses, each with its own garden, and the overall residential area is surrounded by large trees to ensure the privacy of its residents.

Heliopolis Hills’ facilities will include a clubhouse, spa, gym, swimming pool, restaurant and café, billiard area, running track, multi-sport courts, nursery, kid’s corner, outdoor cinema, and entertainment area. On the other hand, the commercial area features shops, pharmacy, dry cleaner, hairdresser, ATM machine, bakery shop, and car-wash service.

Moreover the project will be equipped with state-of-the-art operating and security systems, in addition to smart applications, Wi-Fi, and renewable energy options, as well as a private entrance for residents and round-the-clock maintenance services.
