Minister of Interior Mohamed Ibrahim has escaped unhurt following an explosion that targeted him on Thursday morning in Nasr City at “approximately 10.30am.”
A statement from the ministry said that there were some injuries to both the minister’s guards and people passing by as the explosion occurred. The ministry was not able to confirm exactly how many people had been injured.
