Forbes Middle East has named Ayman Zahran, Chief Marketing Officer at Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding, to its list of the most influential marketing directors in the region.
The selection reflects the group’s corporate strategy under the leadership of Hisham Talaat Moustafa, which focuses on recruiting and developing executive personnel to manage strategic portfolios domestically and internationally.
Ayman Zahran assumed the top marketing position at the group in 2025. He oversaw the launch of several real estate and tourism developments, including “South Med” on the North Coast, “The Spine” in Madinaty, and “Sharm Bay” in Sharm El-Sheikh.
During his tenure, Ayman Zahran directed the marketing strategy supporting TMG’s shift towards becoming an international developer of integrated communities and modern lifestyles. Company data showed 500 units at the “Sharm Bay” development were sold within three days of the launch. The “SouthMed” project is also currently under development.
Ayman Zahran also contributed to the group’s regional expansion outside Egypt. This included the “Banan” project in Saudi Arabia, as well as the “Joud” and “Yamal” projects in Oman.
Driven by activity in both local and regional markets, TMG recorded contractual sales of approximately $8 bn and revenues exceeding $1.3 bn during 2025.
The inclusion of a TMG executive on the Forbes list coincides with an upgrade to the domestic credit rating of the Arab Company for Projects and Urban Development, TMG’s wholly-owned primary real estate subsidiary. Middle East Rating & Investors Service (MERIS) raised the unit’s rating to AA from A.
