Damora Developments launches Damora N5 Mall in New Cairo with EGP 600m investment

Damora Developments has announced the launch of Damora N5 Mall in Gardenia Heights, New Cairo, with investments of EGP 600m. The project is the company’s first development and forms part of its plan to inject EGP 2bn in new investments by 2026.

According to the company, the mall is a mixed-use development comprising 34 commercial and 17 administrative and medical units, built on a 1,800 sqm plot. The project is designed to meet growing demand in the Fifth Settlement by offering a diverse range of unit types.

Chairperson Ibrahim Abdelrazek said the project reflects the company’s current expansion phase and its focus on developments that respond to market needs. Co-Founder Essam Zaki highlighted the project’s location near major road networks and a monorail station, noting that it will serve a catchment area of more than 250,000 residents.

Chief Commercial Officer Tamer Thabet said the company is offering flexible payment plans starting with a 5% down payment and instalment periods of up to 90 months. He added that these tailored financial plans are intended to support customers and investors seeking accessible, low-risk opportunities.

Damora Developments also confirmed partnerships with several consultants and service providers, including Fusion Form, Tarkhan Engineering and Eltizam Egypt.

Damora N5 Mall is positioned as part of the expanding commercial and administrative landscape of the Fifth Settlement, supported by nearby infrastructure and surrounding residential communities.
