Decision Makers Conference to Explore Synergy Between Tourism and Real Estate for Economic Growth

The seventh edition of the Decision Makers Conference will be held on Sunday, 12 October, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Cairo under the theme “Towards an Integrated Vision Between the Tourism and Real Estate Sectors to Support the Egyptian Economy.”

The event, organised by San & Sam, takes place under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority.

Engineer Samer Farag, CEO of San & Sam, said the conference comes at a time of exceptional challenges amid global economic transformations and ongoing international crises. He explained that the event aims to provide a roadmap to highlight investment opportunities in Egypt’s real estate and tourism sectors while proposing mechanisms to overcome associated challenges.

The opening session will feature Engineer Ahmed Youssef, CEO of the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority, and Engineer Mostafa Mounir, Head of the Executive Body of the General Authority for Tourist Development.
