RED IN Developments has announced the signing of a contract with ACE – Moharram Bakhoum, one of Egypt and the Middle East’s leading consultancy firms, as part of its preparations to launch its newest project, JOYA Residence, located in the Golden Square of New Obour City.
Mohamed El-Mansy, Chairperson of RED IN Developments, said that ACE – Moharram Bakhoum was selected for its extensive expertise and distinguished track record in designing and managing major real estate developments both in Egypt and across the region. He noted that the collaboration reflects RED IN’s vision of delivering high-quality projects that maximise value for clients and respond to their evolving needs.
Ahmed Said, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at RED IN Developments, added that the agreement significantly enhances the investment appeal of JOYA Residence, given the prestige and longstanding reputation of Moharram Bakhoum in the real estate sector.
He explained that the project spans over 10 feddans in the Golden Square area and is designed to cater to a wide base of clients by offering a diverse range of real estate products at competitive prices, supported by flexible payment plans. Said concluded that further details about the project will be revealed at its official launch.
For his part, Mourad Bakhoum, Vice Chairperson of ACE – Moharram Bakhoum, affirmed that the firm consistently seeks to apply the latest international engineering standards and adopt innovative solutions in both design and execution.
He added that choosing Golden Square for the project represents a strategic and forward-looking decision, given its investment significance and its status as one of the most prominent urban development hubs in New Obour City.
