Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry headed, on Saturday evening, to the Bahraini capital, Manama, on an official visit.
Ahmed Hafez, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Shoukry is scheduled to convey a written message from President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, related to advancing bilateral relations in various fields.
The message also deals with coordination regarding all regional developments, in a manner that enhances the pillars of stability in the region and preserves the elements of Arab national security.
Shoukry will also hold an official consultation session with his Bahraini counterpart, Abdul Latif Al-Zayani.
