Scope Developments has unveiled a new corporate identity under the slogan “Vision at the Core”, outlining plans to expand its project portfolio and explore new investment opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market.
The company introduced the new identity and its strategy for the next phase. Scope said that the rebranding reflects changes in its business strategy and operating model as it prepares to expand its activities.
Mohamed Salama Ghobashy, chairperson of Scope Developments, said that the new identity was intended to reflect the company’s current position and its direction for the next phase, rather than representing a change in its visual branding alone.
“Our objective was never simply to introduce a new visual identity, but to establish an identity that authentically reflects who we are, how we operate, and the direction in which we are moving as a real estate development company,” Ghobashy said.
He added that the company’s “Vision at the Core” approach is based on identifying the potential of investment opportunities and translating them into projects based on market requirements.
Scope’s existing portfolio includes commercial developments such as Aisle 90 and Zoom Plaza, in addition to residential projects in New Cairo. The company said it plans to expand its portfolio while assessing additional investment opportunities during the coming period.
The company identified customer experience, investment flexibility, and institutional integration as key areas of focus for its next phase. It plans to enhance communication with customers and use digital solutions across the customer journey, while developing products that can respond to changing market conditions and different customer and investor requirements.
Ghobashy highlighted that the company’s growth strategy would focus on disciplined expansion, execution, and improving the customer experience, while continuing to assess investment opportunities in the Egyptian market.
