Osool Developments has launched Sayf Resort, a new mixed-use coastal development in Sidi Abdel Rahman on Egypt’s North Coast.
The project is being developed on a 40-feddan site under Ministerial Decree No. 1068, issued on 30 September 2025. According to the company, the resort will combine residential and leisure facilities, offering a range of chalets and villas in different sizes and layouts.
The master plan includes a 100 metre private beachfront, landscaped open spaces, recreational facilities, a clubhouse, and other amenities designed to serve residents and visitors.
Osool Developments said the project forms part of its strategy to expand through developments in locations with growing demand, while focusing on construction quality and long-term investment value.
The company noted that demand for projects on Egypt’s North Coast has continued to grow in recent years, reflecting the area’s transformation into a destination that attracts residential and investment activity beyond the traditional summer season.
Sayf Resort is the latest addition to Osool Developments’ portfolio as the company seeks to strengthen its presence in Egypt’s coastal real estate market.
