Alarinova Real Estate and Tourism Investment has announced the launch of its first project in Egypt’s real estate market — a premium resort in Ain Sokhna to be managed by the world-renowned hospitality brand Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts.

Chairperson of Alarinova, Alaa Nasser, said Egypt’s resilient real estate market continues to attract strong local and international investment. “With growing demand for high-quality, integrated developments, there is increasing interest from both domestic and global buyers. Egypt offers exceptional opportunities for investment,” he added.

He noted that appointing Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts to manage Alarinova’s first project marks a strategic milestone that reflects the company’s commitment to delivering a luxury hotel and tourism experience in line with global standards.

The project, named Steigenberger Resort Ayalora, Al Sokhna, is located at kilometre 33.5 on the Suez–Ain Sokhna Road. It enjoys a prime position just one hour from Cairo, situated between Suez and Galala, and offers a tranquil retreat with panoramic sea and mountain views and year-round mild weather.

The resort will feature a five-star hotel with 145 rooms and suites — including two-bedroom sea-view suites, family rooms, and day-use cabanas — along with multipurpose banquet halls, a business centre, advanced conference facilities, and a commercial mall.

Vice Chairperson Kawsar Nasser said the resort also includes 250 fully finished and furnished villas and chalets, catering to investors and homeowners seeking comfort and sophistication.

Initial handover is planned for 2028, with full operations expected in 2029. Construction progress has already reached 30%, reflecting the company’s commitment to timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Alarinova is offering flexible payment plans, including a 22% discount for full upfront payment, as well as instalment options with a 10% down payment over six years and a 15% down payment over seven years — designed to make luxury ownership more accessible.

Tewfik El Kady, Chairperson and CEO of Steigenberger Middle East and Africa, said Steigenberger Resort Ayalora, Al Sokhna represents a valuable addition to the group’s Egyptian portfolio, combining architectural distinction with a forward-looking tourism vision. He reaffirmed the group’s commitment to expanding in Egypt’s high-potential coastal destinations amid rising demand for luxury tourism.
