LUD gears up to launch EGP 15bn mixed-use project in east Cairo

Egypt’s real estate developer Lozan Urban Development (LUD) will launch a mixed-use project in east Cairo with a total investment of EGP 15bn in March, the company’s chairperson Adel Abdel Moneim has said

Abdel Moneim said the project will be built on an area of 65 feddan but he didn’t disclose further details.

“The company has cooperated with more than 10 consulting offices in this project. More details will be announced in the official launch event of the project in March 2023,” he added.

MT Architects is the designer of the project, KAD is the facility manager and operator, Shaker Construction is the electromechanical consultant, and JLL is the project manager.

LUD board member Mohammed Al-Sabaa said the company developed about 18 urban projects in the UAE and Egypt, particularly in the Delta region and the New Administrative Capital. The company plans to develop 15 other urban projects.
