Reportage Properties — an Emirati real estate company operating in Egypt — announced its success in achieving sales worth EGP 2.2bn in its Montenapoleone project in 2022.

CCO at Reportage Properties Hanna Karam explained that the Montenapoleone project is located on 111 acres within Mostakbal City and comprises 5,500 housing units, adding that it offers fully finished innovative townhouses, in addition to apartments with distinguished spaces that can have up to four rooms with the highest levels of luxury finishing.

Karam also noted that the first phase was fully sold out and that the company has managed to sell 60% of the second phase of the project — which was launched last October — in the last quarter.

For his part, the company’s CEO Mohamed Assem said that the project is being developed at the highest rates of speed and quality, as a contract was signed with A&M Contracting — one of the companies owned by Reportage — to handle construction.

Most notably, Montenapoleone’s design took into account the distribution of services over the entire area of the project to ensure that its residents can live an integrated life that does not lack any services nor creates any need to seek services outside the compound, Assem concluded.
