The Board of Trustees of the National Dialogue decided to continue working to finalise the agendas according to the action plans submitted by the three axes of the National Dialogue — the political, economic, and societal axis — within the permanent session of the council announced by the penultimate meeting.

This came during a meeting held on Monday at the headquarters of the National Training Academy (NTA).

The Board of Trustees also thanked President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi for the tireless efforts made in the presidential pardon file and the successive pardons that were issued during the last period.

This meeting was held in implementation of a decision in the board’s penultimate meeting to remain in permanent session to complement the preparatory meetings for the actual start of the discussion sessions of the National Dialogue to review the names of individuals, parties, entities, and NGOs nominated to participate in the sessions and to discuss the agendas for the upcoming period of the dialogue.
