Bashar Soft for Employment Electronic Solutions announced today that it has succeeded in meeting the requirements of Misr Informatics University.

This cooperation stems from the leadership of Bashar Soft Company in the field of employment as a main link between business owners and job seekers.

Bashar Soft specialises in providing a wide range of human resources services that include recruitment, contracting, and salary transfer.

Misr Informatics University is a private, non-profit university specialised in the fields of communications and information technology that was established by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in the New Administrative Capital.

Bashar Soft succeeded in providing 86 new job opportunities for faculty members and administrators of various specialisations in the field of communications and information technology thanks to the confidence that the company enjoyed in the Egyptian market and the credibility that was a major bridge in reaching job seekers.

The aim of cooperating with Misr Informatics University is to use the company’s electronic platforms — Wuzzuf and Forasna — to enable the university to reach the competencies it needs to meet its needs of faculty members and administrators.

Reem Bahgat — President of the University — expressed her happiness to cooperate with a leading Egyptian company in the field of employment, stressing that cooperation with Bashar Soft is one of the reasons that enabled the university to open its doors starting the 2021/22 academic year.

“As we put together a plan to attract the best talent for each of the jobs required to run the university, Bashar Soft has done a great job in helping us draft job descriptions, search for cadres, and screen and conduct interviews to identify the best potential candidates before hiring,” she added.

“Bashar Soft’s team also drafted service contracts for the start-up and this service was particularly pivotal in enabling us to start the administrative and academic work at the university.”

Sherif Hashem — the CEO of Bashar Soft — said: “We are pleased to announce the successful completion of an integrated services programme that included recruitment and appointment, which was designed in detail to support Misr Informatics University during the establishment and pre-operational phase.”

“Our main task is to work side by side with the government, private sector companies, and state institutions in alleviating the burden on their shoulders in providing suitable job opportunities — whether for youths or others — and contributing to solving the unemployment crisis in line with Egypt’s 2030 strategy and vision.”

“Thousands of managers and business owners go to our Wuzzuf and Forasna platforms — which are the largest in Egypt — to meet their recruitment needs. Therefore, we supported Misr Informatics University through an integrated service that included employment through our AI-supported recruitment platform. This programme reflects our commitment to positively impacting society by employing technology, and we were very pleased to work with Misr Informatics University due to its mission and vision revolving around technology. They advertise approximately 400,000 jobs annually to our database of 6.5m job seekers,” he added.
