Egyptian, Omani companies sign protocol to establish smart parking lots

Minister of State for Military Production, Mohamed Morsy, witnessed signing a cooperation protocol with Oman to establish and operate smart parking lots. 

The protocol was signed by the Military Production Company for Projects and Engineering Consultation, AFSC Pro, and Oasis Grace LLC, one of the leading Al Hashar Group companies in Oman. 

Morsy indicated that the goal of this signing is cooperation between the parties in a number of fields, including exchange technology, localization and deepening of the industry of smart parking equipment and supplies in Egypt, as well as cooperating in research and development activities for industry fields. 

The Minister stressed: “We are currently following the great turmoil and economic changes that the world is witnessing around us,” explaining that the Egyptian state has succeeded in balancing the bad effects of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) by taking  number of measures to stimulate economic activity and support citizens. 

Yasser Ahmed Fouad, Chairperson of AfSC Pro, expressed his aspiration to achieve a fruitful joint cooperation with Military Production in the field of establishing, managing and operating smart parking lots in Egypt. 

He hailed the technical expertise and distinguished manufacturing and technological capabilities of the military production companies and their role in supporting the Egyptian state’s plan for development.
