Minka Development has announced the offering of its latest product, dubbed NETFLAT, at the 27 feddan Kinda New Cairo Compound.
NETFLAT is a new and innovative furnished net area flat without any utilities load, stated Minka Development CEO Abdallah Sallam.
Sallam said that the company is currently offering, for a limited period, about 50 units of NETFLAT apartments out of a total of 800 units that make up the Kinda project.
The company had succeeded in selling the first phase of the project in record time, by the end of last year.
“Choosing our partners and consultants was one of the very first and most important steps in realising this project,” Sallam said, “Canadian architectural and urban planning firm SvN was the first partner to help introduce a lot of the innovations at Kinda.”
The company is looking to international companies to provide foreign expertise to manage the project at the beginning of its operation. This will help to establish the principles of living, comfort and regularity in the project on international grounds, Sallam disclosed.
