GLC Paints launches “Colour Trends 2021” with participation of 5 prominent designers

The German Lebanese Company for Industry (GLC Paints) announced the launch “Colour Trends 2021” conference. Set to launch on Monday, the conference will focus on 24 new colours with the participation of the most prominent architects and designers in Egypt and the Arab region.

In a Saturday statement, the company said that the colour trends for the new year are presented in a different manner to reflect the global changes that have occurred environmentally, socially and economically.

To take into account different tastes and adopt a science-oriented approach, GLC decided to utilise innovative designers to create distinct designs.

The conference will witness the participation of Shosha Kamal Design House, Hisham Mahdy, Co-founder of F&R Partnership Ahmad Fayyad, Mohamed Badr, and Badie Architects.

The Colour Trends 2021 conference is the first of its kind in the Middle East region. It further consolidates Egypt’s as a regional economic powerhouse and helps to promote investment and business opportunities in Egypt, GLC Paints added.

Following the bold economic and social reforms that Egypt witnessed six years ago, the conference aims to strengthen Egypt’s position in the field of fashion and colour, the statement read.

It added that Egypt is fully qualified to become a regional centre for colours and paints industry.
