President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi expressed his appreciation of the Egyptian people’s solidarity with the government in applying the state’s protective measures to curb the further spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
In posts on the president’s official Twitter account, Al-Sisi said that Egypt is reaching the conclusive stage in the fight against the ongoing outbreak.
He also renewed his confidence in the awareness of citizens and their ability to support the measures taken by the government in combating the virus.
Al-Sisi added that Egypt will take rigorous action against those violating the government’s protective measures to safely overcome the crisis.
