Mercedes-Benz launched the all new B-Class in Egypt, a new tourer with an emphasis on style and function. It looks more dynamic than its predecessor and is more agile on the road while offering greater comfort and space. The interior of the B-Class ensures a unique feeling of spaciousness with its distinctive design. The intuitive user interface of the adaptive MBUX multimedia system is ground-breaking. Advanced driving assistance systems also give the new B-Class one of the highest standards of safety in the segment. More practical than ever, chicer than ever, the new B-Class is the perfect vehicle for the whole family.

The all new B-Class comes in two different variants as B180 and B180 progressive. While both versions are generously equipped, the B180 progressive further offers electrically adjustable driver seat with memory function, Panoramic sliding sunroof, and the widescreen display.

Exterior: more sports for the tourer

The new B-Class definitely looks sportier with a new trendy appeal to it, while at the same time offering a particularly generous sense of space. The exterior features chrome window line strip, and an integrated tailpipe trim. Its new dynamic design is further emphasised by its striking LED headlamps and the lower roof line, which further contributes to best-in-class aerodynamics and hence, reduced wind noise. Last but not least, the new B-Class comes with a suspension offering suitable ground clearance for more comfort and confidence in bad road conditions.

Interior: Revolutionary design

The interior of the new B-Class ensures a unique feeling of wellbeing with its chic design, spaciousness and practical features, such as the split rear seats and optimised luggage compartment layout. The interior features a fully free-standing display unit, which comes in two different versions: with one 7- inch and one 10.25-inch display in the B180, while the B180 Progressive features the Widescreen version, with two 10.25-inch displays along with ambient lighting with 64 colors, allowing individual adjustments to suit the mood. The centre console with touch-based control is highlighted with five round air vents featuring a high-grade turbine look and the new innovative MBUX system that combines the beauty and intelligence of a digitised multimedia system. It can be controlled via touch screen control, the touchpad or via the ergonomic touch-control buttons.

Intelligent drive functions

The new B-Class provides one of the highest levels of active safety in this segment, thanks to its advanced driving assistance systems. For example, the new B-Class comes as standard with Active Brake Assist, Attention Assit, Active Parking Assist with Parktronic, and a reversing camera.

New more efficient engine

The new B-Class B180 is equipped with a new higher output engine compared to its predecessor; with 136 hp and a 7G-DCT dual-clutch transmission. The B180 ensures an efficient and smooth drive coupled with a comfortable suspension setup with high ground clearance for an overall agile ride.
