CAIRO: ENPPI board has given assistant coach Hani Ramzi the green light to leave and work with Egypt’s U-20 team technical staff.

Ramzi has been offered the job of assisting coach Miroslav Soukup during the 2009 World Cup on home soil.

But despite given the approval of ENPPI’s board, former Egypt defender Ramzi is yet to decide whether to accept the offer.

“I’ve considered working in the national teams for some time. The opportunity may have come up now, he told FilGoal.com.

“I will announce my final decision on Sept. 12.

Soukup demanded the Egyptian Football Association to disregard Rabie Yassin, who was set to be his assistant during the World Cup.

He did not believe that Yassin, a former Ahly great, has the sufficient experience to give him a hand during the tournament
