20 killed in 3 Friday road accidents

Twenty people were killed in three separate road accidents on Friday.

The first of these was on the Aswan Agricultural Road and happened between two cars and two trucks. The bodies of the three fatalities and injured were transported to the General Cemetery of Aswan. 14 injuries were sent to Aswan Educational Hospital for treatment.

The second accident took place on the Kafr El Dewar – El Beheira Agricultural Road, where 10 people died and 3 were injured. Major-General Mohamed Tahon reported that the driver of a truck lost control of his vehicle, colliding with another truck and a minibus on the opposite road.

The last accident resulted in seven deaths; all of them were from the same family. Their car crashed collided with a truck on the El-Alamein-Wadi El-Natrun Road.  El Alamein Police Station reported that two cars crashed on the El-Alamein- Wadi El-Natrun Road. Victims were sent to El Alamein Hospital and prosecution has taken over the investigation.
