Marsoum Developments has launched The Central Gate, its second project in the Egyptian market, in Hadayek October, as the company expands its presence in West Cairo.
The mixed-use project covers 80 feddans and is located directly on the Central Ring Road. It will include residential, commercial, administrative, and service components.
The residential offering includes apartments starting at 74 sqm, two- and three-bedroom units, and duplexes. Residential prices start at EGP 1.8m, with payment plans requiring a 5% down payment and installments extending for up to 12 years.
Ayman Embaby, chairman of Marsoum Developments, said that the company selected Hadayek October because of its location and connections to major roads serving West Cairo and Sixth of October City.
He added that the project was planned as an integrated community combining housing, workspaces, retail, and services rather than as a standalone residential development.
For his part, Sayed Saber, executive board member of Marsoum Developments, said that the company’s strategy for The Central Gate was based on its location, mixed-use components, range of unit types, and payment flexibility.
He noted that the project’s commercial and administrative units are expected to provide services for residents and surrounding areas, while supporting activity within the development.
Marsoum Developments introduced the project during an event held at the Grand Egyptian Museum on September 8, 2026.
The Central Gate is Marsoum’s second project in Egypt, following Smouha Gate in Alexandria. The company said that the new development forms part of its plan to expand into West Cairo and develop mixed-use communities.
