CAIRO: Wigan Athletic are not happy by Zamalek s stalling over Amr Zaki s International Transfer License (ITC), according to the striker s agent.
Wigan have been waiting for Zaki s ITC from Zamalek since for a week, following the Premiership side completed al required payments. However, Zamalek are yet to complete their part of the deal, much to the disarray of the Latics officials.
Wigan officials are astonished that Zamalek have not sent the ITC until now, especially that the 1.2 million English pounts transfer fee was paid in full last week, agent Nader Shawki told FilGoal.com from England.
