SKY AD. Developments took part in the 19th edition of the Nile Property Expo, held from 12 to 14 February 2026 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center under the theme “Egypt is Getting Closer – Come to Egypt.”
The exhibition, organised under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, aimed to promote Egyptian real estate opportunities to regional and international investors, including Egyptians residing abroad.
During the event, SKY AD. Developments showcased a portfolio of residential and investment projects across key destinations in Egypt. Among the highlights was Sky North in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, positioned as a premium coastal development offering integrated leisure and residential amenities. The company also presented Blue Tree in the Golden Square district of New Cairo, which incorporates Blue Walk – a mixed-use commercial complex comprising retail, administrative and medical units.
Visitors to the company’s pavilion were offered promotional packages, including zero down payment options and flexible instalment plans of up to 12 years, aimed at attracting diaspora and regional investors.
SKY AD. Developments operates across East Cairo, the New Administrative Capital and the North Coast, with ongoing expansion into emerging areas such as Sixth Settlement and West Cairo.
The company stated that its strategy centres on selecting prime locations, ensuring high-quality execution and delivering fully integrated communities, as part of efforts to strengthen its regional footprint and capitalise on growing interest in Egypt’s real estate market.
