Top Kapi Developments has launched its new residential project, Vira, a compound comprising 420 units on Al Wahat Road in Downtown Hadayek October, opposite MSA University and adjacent to the Police Academy Institute in West Cairo.
Hossam El-Din Mohamed Ibrahim, Chairperson of Al-Aqsa Contracting Company, the parent company of Top Kapi Developments, said the project reflects the group’s confidence in the Egyptian real estate market and its commitment to delivering a distinctive, fully integrated community that meets client expectations.
Mostafa Hossam El-Din Mohamed, Chairperson of Top Kapi Developments, said the compound spans more than 34,000 sqm and that the company is targeting EGP 1.1bn in contractual sales for the first phase. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with unit handovers planned within three years of signing purchase contracts.
Meanwhile, Abdelrahman Hossam El-Din Mohamed, Deputy Chairperson of Top Kapi Developments, announced the appointment of Platoon Designs as the project’s design consultant and Sekan for Engineering Consultancies as the execution consultant. He confirmed that construction works are set to commence soon.
