Hermes tops brokerage firms ranking with EGP 13.3bn transactions in July

Hermes Securities Brokerage continued to occupy the first place in the ranking of brokerage companies in terms of value traded on the main market during July, accounting for 18.3% of market executions, with a trading value of EGP 13.3bn, and a trading volume of 2.37 billion securities through 121,600 operations.

EFG Hermes International Securities Brokerage climbed up one place to second with a turnover of EGP 7bn and a trading volume of 767.5 million securities through 48,900 transactions, and a market share of 9.6%.

Commercial International Brokerage Company came third with a trading value of EGP 4.5bn, 86,700 transactions, and a trading volume of 894 million securities.

Mubasher for Securities moved up one place to reach the fourth rank, with a trading volume of 1.6 million securities and a trading value of EGP 2.9bn.

Beltone Securities Brokerage ranked fifth, seizing a market share of 3.9%, with trading values of EGP 2.8bn and a trading volume of 593.2m securities.

Thndr Securities Brokerage and Ostoul Securities Brokerage and Bond Trading advanced by two places to settle in the sixth and seventh ranks, with turnover of EGP 2.7bn and EGP 2.2bn, and market shares of 3.8% and 3%, respectively.

Pioneers Securities ranked eighth with a trading value of EGP 2bn and a trading volume of 1 billion securities, accounting for 2.8% of the market.

Arabeya Online Securities fell two ranks to the ninth place with a market share of 2.8% and a trading volume of 1.1 billion securities.

Tycoon Securities ranked tenth, capturing 2.8% of the market, by executing 99,500 transactions.
