In a quick move by the Ismaily FC’s Board of Directors, headed by Yahya El-Koumi, to preserve the club’s rights internally and externally, the Legal Department completed the procedures for registering the trademark of Ismaily FC in the General Trademark Department of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade.
Ismaily FC was founded in 1924, and is subject to the provisions of Sports Law No. 71 of 2017.
The club’s Board of Directors warns anyone who uses the club’s name commercially without obtaining a prior approval from the club’s management.
The Sports Law No. 71 of 2017, especially Article No. 12 and No. 31, prohibits the use of the trademark and badges without an agreement with the club.
