I-Events launches “EEA Entrepreneurship Awards” for second year in row

I-Events organized its annual ceremony to launch the Entrepreneurship Awards (EEA) in Egypt for the second year in a row, in the presence of a distinguished group of experts and entrepreneurs in Egypt, as well as owners of other projects. This is aimed at enhancing the process of innovation and exchange of expertise, as well as open new horizons to support the ideas and projects of pioneers in various fields and domains.

The EEA Awards are launched this year in partnership with Tatweer Misr as a strategic partner, as it has the same vision and values ​​of providing opportunities for growth and prosperity to innovative minds, in addition to EG Bank, PepsiCo and Orange as sponsors for the second year, along with Startup Scene as the media partner, and the official fashion partner Concrete The event will also be hosted by Kundalini by Grand Pyramids, and last but not least, the ecosystem partners are Endeavor and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Committee (EIC) at AmCham.

The awards aim to encourage Egyptian entrepreneurs in various fields, highlight distinguished models who have succeeded in bringing about positive change in society, and inspire future generations of innovators and change makers. Awards will be given to outstanding entrepreneurs in 15 different fields including: architecture, interior engineering, fashion, fintech, sports and fitness, e-commerce, marketing communication and real estate development.

This year, the EEA includes an advisory committee that includes a group of the largest economists and entrepreneurship experts in Egypt who aim to share their expertise with the participants, led by Ahmed El Sewedy, CEO of El Sewedy Electric, Alaa El Din Sebaa, founder and chairman of Beltone Financial, Hussein El Refaey, founder of Ventures For Development, Dina El Mufti, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Injaz Egypt, Nevine El Tahri, Chairwoman of Delta Shield Investments, Onsi Sawiris, Executive Partner of HOF Capital, Soraya Ismail, Executive Director of Mentor Arabia, and Wael El Fakhrani, CEO of Edenred UAE.
