CAIRO: Zamalek sweeper Hani Saied is set to miss the Egyptian league s opening game with Ghazl Mahalla next Friday due to injury.
The Egypt international received a knock to his foot late in the Whites Champions League win over Dynamos on Sunday.
Consequently, team doctor Mostafa Al-Monairi told the club s official site that Saied is unlikely to be fit for the game in Mahalla.
Moreover, new signing Junior Agogo will also have to wait for his league debut as he is yet to recover from a knee injury that kept him out of the Dynamos victory.
Zamalek already miss center-half Wissem El-Abdi, following his red card in last week s Super Cup defeat to Ahly.
