Ranking of Egypt’s best performing brokerages see changes in June

Pharos Securities took first place in Egypt’s ranking for best performing brokerage firms in June, following a substantial leap in its performance.

The brokerage company achieved a total trading value of EGP 7.2bn, accounting for 12.3% of the total market transactions.

Runner-up Pioneers Securities rose up seven places compared to its May performance, with a turnover of EGP 5.9bn, accounting for a 10% market share of the total executions.

The Commercial International Brokerage Company came in third place, after executing transactions worth EGP 4.7bn, accounting for 8% of the market’s transactions.

The Financial Brokerage Group came in fourth place in June, down from first place in May, with a turnover of EGP 4.5bn, accounting for 7.6% of the total market transactions. Hermes Securities Brokerage came in fifth place, with EGP 3.8bn in transactions, accounting for 6.5% of the market.

It was followed by Beltone Securities Brokerage, which rose two places over June to sixth place, with transactions amounting to EGP 2.6bn, with a market share of 4.5%.

Naeem Brokerage came in seventh place, with transactions amounting to EGP 2bn. The firm accounted for 3.4% of the market’s business.

It was followed by Arqaam Securities Brokerage in eighth place, with a value of EGP 1.9bn, and Arabeya Online Securities in ninth place, with turnover of EGP 1.6bn.

Mubasher International for Securities ranked tenth with a value of EGP 1.5bn, accounting for 2.6% of the market’s total transactions.
