Ahli United Bank, a Bahraini company, is submitting a tender offer to purchase 6,230,732 shares of Ahli United Bank Egypt representing 10.38 of the target.
The acquirer offered to pay a price of LE 37 per share. The offer starts on June 6 and will end July 1.
