Jadeer Developments has unveiled its latest flagship project, Chapters, in the R8 district of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, with planned investments exceeding EGP 10bn.

Spanning approximately 33 feddans, Chapters will feature a diverse mix of residential units, including apartments and duplexes, ranging in size from 71 sqm to 316 sqm. The development is designed as an integrated community, offering a wide array of amenities such as a clubhouse, pedestrian and cycling paths, sports facilities, landscaped green areas, social gathering spaces, and a mosque.

In a notable addition, the project will incorporate a Hotel Indigo, part of the international hospitality group, making it one of the first residential developments in the R8 district to integrate a branded hotel.

Mahmoud Abou El Kheir, Chairperson of Jadeer Developments, emphasized that Chapters reflects a broader transformation in Egypt’s real estate market, where demand is shifting toward lower-density, community-focused living environments.

Jadeer’s portfolio currently includes more than 110 projects across New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. Among them are OBEX, now being delivered; CODE, nearing completion; and Garnet and RED G, both under phased construction with delivery schedules extending through 2030.

The launch of Chapters comes amid intensifying competition in the New Capital, as developers increasingly prioritize integrated communities that balance modern living with open spaces and lifestyle amenities.
