Imarrae, a real estate developer in Egypt, has announced the launch of its first boutique residential compound, KIN, in the Al-Qoronfel area of New Cairo as part of its strategic expansion in the Egyptian market.
Spanning 23 feddans, KIN involves investments exceeding EGP 16bn and aims to deliver a modern residential community that integrates housing with commercial and administrative spaces. The project marks Imarrae’s entry into the residential sector, building on its track record in commercial and administrative developments. Located in the heart of New Cairo, it offers easy access to surrounding neighbourhoods, commercial hubs, and essential services.
Covering a total built-up area of 96,600 sqm, KIN offers a variety of residential units delivered in a Core & Shell model. The development is designed around extensive green spaces to promote a balanced living environment.
Townhouses are arranged along mini-parks to create quiet residential zones, while apartment buildings are surrounded by open areas, plazas, and landscaped gardens. A central commercial street hosts retail, dining, and essential services, while a community centre positioned at the heart of the project provides recreational and social facilities. The project is designed and executed by UAE-based Al Asri Consultant, bringing international expertise to ensure high-quality standards.
Hossam Ibrahim, Co-Founder and Chairperson of Imarrae, said KIN reflects the company’s vision of developing integrated urban communities centred on quality, sustainability, and long-term value. He added that the project combines thoughtful architectural design with comprehensive services to meet residents’ evolving needs.
Ahmed Khedr, CEO and Co-Founder, noted that KIN is planned to offer a balanced, community-oriented lifestyle through its green spaces, quiet streets, and essential facilities.
Imarrae has also strengthened its operational framework through a strategic partnership with AKD Management Solutions, led by founder Amr El Kady. He stressed the company’s commitment to a fully integrated real estate management model that guarantees an exceptional experience for clients and investors while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
The project includes an internal road network and four security gates to ensure smooth circulation and safety. Facilities include children’s play areas, a swimming pool, an artificial lake, an amphitheatre, an outdoor cinema, sports zones, and running and cycling tracks, supporting a full range of recreational and social activities. A central commercial area will provide essential services for residents.
KIN reflects Imarrae’s growing expertise in developing integrated urban communities aligned with Egypt’s vision for sustainable urban development.
