Madinaty Golf Club concluded the second Asian Development Tour (ADT) tournament on Thursday, marking the end of a two-week stretch of international professional competitions at the venue.

The event, which serves as the 14th tournament in the “Golf Egypt” series, featured a field of professional golfers from around the world. The competition followed the successful execution of the inaugural ADT tournament held on the same courses last week.

Omar Hisham Talaat stated that hosting two consecutive ADT tournaments within a fortnight represents a significant addition to the country’s track record of hosting international sporting events.
The back-to-back competitions enhance the nation’s presence on the global golf map and cement its position as a distinguished destination for golf tourism, Talaat added.
The second tournament featured strong competition and high technical standards from the international field. Participating players commended the quality of the Madinaty Golf Club facilities and the overall organisation, reflecting the venue’s capacity to host major international tournaments in accordance with global technical and operational standards.
