Khaled Sabry Developments has sold out the first phase of Waterside Villas at its Rosail City project in Mostakbal City, after completing 100% of the phase’s construction works.
The company is currently carrying out finishing, landscaping, planting, and other final works, with the first units scheduled for delivery in October 2026. Delivery of all 225 villas in the phase is expected to be completed during 2027.
Waterside Villas spans over 20 feddans and comprises 225 units, including standalone villas, twin houses, and townhouses. The phase also features Garden Lake House and Sky Villa models.
According to Khaled Sabry, Chairperson of Khaled Sabry Developments, the completion of construction and sales reflects the company’s approach of linking sales activity with construction progress. He added that the company is currently focusing on completing the remaining external works and preparing the phase for occupancy ahead of the scheduled handovers.
Meanwhile, construction has started on the apartment buildings phase at Rosail City, with deliveries planned to begin in mid-2028.
The company is also continuing construction across its other projects, including developments in the Beit Al Watan area of New Cairo, according to the statement.
Rosail City covers 61 feddans in Mostakbal City and includes residential components.
