Nelly Kids Fashion 2026 is set to bring together 800 international buyers from 14 countries as Egypt seeks to boost children’s apparel exports and expand the global reach of its garment industry.
The exhibition, the largest dedicated to children’s apparel and accessories in Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East, will take place from 27 to 29 August 2026 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo under the patronage of the Ministries of Industry and Investment and Foreign Trade, in cooperation with the Chamber of Apparel and Home Textile Industries at the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
The event will host buyers from Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Algeria, Libya, Iraq, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, Russia, Italy, South Africa, and Egypt, providing a platform for business matchmaking, B2B meetings, and export negotiations between Egyptian manufacturers and international buyers.
Medhat Riyad, a business strategy expert, said the exhibition has become a key gateway for promoting Egyptian children’s wear in regional and international markets. He noted that the participation of trade delegations from a diverse range of target markets is expected to help Egyptian companies secure new commercial partnerships, diversify export destinations, and expand their customer base.
He added that the exhibition has evolved into a specialised business platform connecting manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, and retailers, facilitating direct export contracts while enhancing the international competitiveness of Egyptian children’s apparel.
Spanning 20,000 sqm, the exhibition has reached full capacity after all exhibition space was booked. Organisers expect this year’s edition to generate new export agreements and strategic business partnerships that will support the sector’s growth and reinforce Egypt’s strategy to increase non-oil exports.
